Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order after it has been purchased.
Once an item has been shipped, BOOKLinx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 


If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider (in the majority of cases, USPS) and not with BOOKLinx. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer cannot locate their package, BOOKLinx is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. 
BOOKLinx uses USPS media mail shipping for most domestic orders.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of items. Items must be in original condition. We do not offer refunds. Gift cards and items marked as sales are final. Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact the store with any questions.
All items are final sales and will not be taken back for returns under any circumstances.
